主に、日本の税務専門家（税理士、公認会計士、弁護士）が、起業家、投資家、役員、専門家、会社員その他の租税に関心のある全ての人達と共に、日本の租税問題に関して、公的又は私的な議論をするコミュニティです。


*クラブの原則と免責事項*
1. このクラブは共同運営されています。
2. 全てのメンバーは、このクラブにおいてメンバー内外に向けたイベントを開催する権利を有します。
3. イベントを開催する際には、最後まで責任をもって運営してください。
4. イベントのタイトルの主要部分は、そのイベント内の公用言語（日本語又は英語）で記載してください。
5. このクラブにおける議論は、全て議論の目的のためにのみなされるものです。従って、イベントの参加者は、仮にその発言内容が不正確であっても何らの法的責任を負いません。取引を実行する前に、必ず、ご自身のアドバイザーにご相談ください。
6. お気軽に税務専門家のご友人又は同僚をグループに招待し、運営権限を付与してください。
7. Admi権限ステータスの変更又はメンバーとして加入をご希望の場合には、@jtc-tokyo.lawにお知らせください。

A community for Japanese tax specialists (tax accountants and tax lawyers) mainly to have public and private discussions with respect to tax matters with entrepreneurs, investors, executives, specialists and any other persons who are interested in any Japanese tax matters.

*Club principle rules and disclaimer*
1. JAPANESE TAX CLUB is run as a collective
2. All member has administrative access to JAPANESE TAX CLUB to host public or private events
3. Fulfill your responsibility until the end if you run an event
4. Main part of event title will be written in its official language (either Japanese or English) in the event.
5. All discussions in JAPANESE TAX CLUB will be made only for discussion purposes. Thus, no one will take legal responsibility if their views are not precise. You should consult your own tax, legal and accounting advisors before engaging in any transactions.
6. Feel free to add your colleagues to the group and grant them administrative access.
7. Please message @jtc-tokyo.law if you’d like to be added/removed as a member/administer.
