In this club, all our conversations are rooted in scientific, clinical, and social data and information.
Clarity is the quality of being logical, consistent, and understood.
Our brains are constantly creating an illusion of clarity by filtering our current life through our values and attitudes of past experiences. This process creates distorted beliefs about ourselves and our world that ultimately manifest in our behaviors.
We need to question the thoughts and beliefs that underly our own behaviors. We need to take ultimate responsibility for where we are in our lives and what led us to this point.
Unwavering and authentic clarity is only possible through truth.
