And, she’s haunted by horses…
Hello, Readers and Clubhousers!
It’s not an accident you’re here. There are no coincidences.
A series of events has brought you to this moment. The time is now. You’re ready.
This Clubhouse broadcast is for very special people. If you’re reading these words you’re one of them, and I have something to tell you. Post Traumatic Stress isn’t a life sentence. It’s not something you’ll have to live with or learn how to manage. You also can’t help how it’s showing up in your body, your emotions, your life.
It’s likely no one ever told you this, but it makes sense, doesn’t it? Your brain wasn’t the only part of you present during the trauma. Your WHOLE self - body, mind and spirit - was there. That’s where traditional therapy gets it wrong. Healing PTS is about more than picking away at someone’s mind.
PTSD Self Help is the book I wish I would have had during the three years I dedicated to healing from PTS. I wrote it to guide you, warn you, reassure you, challenge you. Enjoy this meet up on Clubhouse, where I’ll be inviting you to ask questions of PTSD Relief guests—professionals and insiders spoken about in the book who are ready to share their wisdom, insight and personal stories.
I’ll join you right here each week, cheering you on!
Peace,
Annmarie
