Trial-and-error is a painful way to progress to prosperity. Let’s talk about intentionally. This club is for those who believe business is a skill based activity. Organization is the antidote to limitation and strategy relieves uncertainty in decision making, but mastery of the fundamentals is what makes an experienced business owner successful. If we all know this, then why is there no consensus on what constitutes the fundamentals? Conversations will not be recorded but notes will be posted in LI and FB groups.
Be curious, courteous and collaborative. : A rising tide raises all boats. Many hands make light work. Two heads are better than one. Sharing perspectives is cool. If you have a point to prove there are other places for that.
Take a breath : If you make several points without giving others a chance to engage, you are missing a valuable opportunity for feedback and crushing the collective creativity. No need to eat the elephant in one bite
Understand the context: We are talking about “pre-profitability”, not startups, not how to make a million dollars. We are talking about what you do when you have a business model, but no money, no people and no time.
