The Thinking Christian on Clubhouse

This is a club that dialogs about theology and philosophy from the perspective of faithful Christianity. All of the normal questions of doubt will always be welcome and considered, but always with a desire to return to the starting place that Christ, the servant king, has conquered the grave and is Lord of the world.

This club meets every two weeks on Sunday to engage different topics of theology and philosophy that interest us, looking for further ways in which God is the good, the beautiful, and the true. Typically one member will give a 20-30 minute talk and then open the room for discussion between fellow believers. Past talks have been on God the Father, existential theology, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. We welcome additional discussion topics from new members.

Join us and meet other faithful thinking Christians who, like you, pursue answers to some of the deeper questions of life!
Rule 1 - Be respectful: If someone is speaking, let them finish. Critique ideas, not people. If you are unsure of the topic being discussed, spend some time listening to the conversation before you unmute your mic and speak.
Rule 2 - Be sincere: Share your doubts and passions! We are all better off when we speak from the heart. Asking bad-faith questions, instigating division, or derailing the conversation may get you moved to the audience.
Rule 3 - This is a Christian club: Only Christians will be invited to the stage. While we believe all people are worth respecting, we want our discussions to remain on topic. Non-Christians are welcome to listen from the audience.
