The ZEN FOR TEN Club is for a calmer, happier you.
We are committed to providing simple, easy and effective methods of breath work, chants and silent and guided meditations to heal from traumas, to build resilience and gain self awareness to assist you to discover happiness, joy, inner-outer peace, love and harmony.
We discovered that with regular practice we can achieve it and our aim is to provide brief sessions to fit everyone’s busy life and schedules.
It is an honour and privilege to be a part of your life journey.
