We conduct Support groups on 6 days of a week.
Here is schedule for the Support groups:
Monday: Whaterr for Depression
7:00 pm-8:00 pm
For people experiencing depression or intense sadness, this is a safe space to come and share your journey without being afraid that you will be judged. Come at any time during the event and leave at any time. Share and feel unburdened!
Tuesday: Whaterr for Mental Health Care Providers
7:00 pm-8:00 pm
This is a safe space for all the mental Health Practitioners and we are here to share the experiences and learn from each other. What are our struggles? It is not necessary that we should be a Mental Health Practitioner because every human being is a Practitioner because they have to take care of their Mental Health First and then others in the circle, so we all can share our experiences here.
Wednesday: WhatXNonsense
7:00 pm-8:00 pm
A safe space for you to blow some steam and discuss the most random things that you have in your mind! Add some non-sense to your life for everything doesn't have to make sense.
Thursday: Whaterr for Emotional Abuse Awareness
7:00 pm-8:00 pm
Aims at understanding emotional abuse and how real it is, also for creating a safe space for individuals to share their personal experiences. This support group comes from the need to understand some unexplained psychological and emotional scars that we might have. This support group is open for anyone who wants to understand more about emotional abuse and also for individuals who want to feel a sense of connection with like-minded individuals.
Friday: Wisdom Circle
7:00 pm-8:00 pm
We at Whaterr.com are introducing Wisdom Circles where you can engage in topics like these and much more (the edges of the multiverse is the potential of variety of topics we can discuss in these circles). So, if you are someone who loves engaging in interesting conversations, this is the space for you!
Saturday: Guided Meditation with Harish
10:30 pm-11:00 pm
A space for weekly meditation with a unique theme each time. The hour would definitely leave you feeling more relaxed, peaceful and calm!
