Solution-oriented club to improve Diversity and Inclusion on Boards.

The business case for greater diversity on boards has never been clearer. As DE&I activists and experts we are here to find solutions that will create meaningful difference in this space.

Including, but not limited to the UK’s 9 protected characteristics :
Age, disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, biological sex, marital, maternity or paternity status.

Also includes recognisable terms such as LGBTQ+, BIPOC, BAME (somewhat outdated) neurodiversity.
Anyone Can Host Rooms: This club is open for any members to start rooms.

Please nominate other members from on and off the app.
Solution-Focused: We all like a good rant now and then but apart from blowing off steam and making you feel better temporarily, it often doesn’t change much. Let’s focus on individual and collective CHANGE.
Please Be Kind: When discussing matters of equality it can difficult to respect other people when we disagree with their opinions. Let’s use critical thinking and learn how to agree to disagree, with respect.
