Solution-oriented club to improve Diversity and Inclusion on Boards.
The business case for greater diversity on boards has never been clearer. As DE&I activists and experts we are here to find solutions that will create meaningful difference in this space.
Including, but not limited to the UK’s 9 protected characteristics :
Age, disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, biological sex, marital, maternity or paternity status.
Also includes recognisable terms such as LGBTQ+, BIPOC, BAME (somewhat outdated) neurodiversity.
