Welcome to LiveYinsa! A club for yogis, ayurvedic enthusiasts, and those that want to live an inspirational life on their own terms. Join different conversations, host your own rooms, and learn from others! We host a meditation room every Monday at 8:30 am EST and another room Monday at 12:30 pm about different topics in Ayurveda. Members and followers, dm me, the founder, on IG (liveyinsa) to start a room under liveyinsa!
