Keep it professional. Please be respectful of others and create a safe and healthy working environment.
TFP is not working for free: When a photographer works under a TFP agreement, the payment is the set of images. The model will want to make sure they are going to be paid with great images that lead to a better portfolio.
Who takes the responsibility?: If you have an idea, you take the responsibility to execute the shoot. Make a board on Pinterest or a PDF to present your idea to talents.
