Description
NINAS, The Nigeria Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self Determination is an alliance of ethnic Nationalities from the MiddleBelt to the South West and the Lower Niger Region (South South and South East)
On the 16th of December 2021, NINAS declared a Constitutional Force Majeure against the illegitimate 1999 Constitution.
NINAS demanded that the Federal Government acknowledge the Constitutional grievances expressed by the ethnic Nationalities as well as begin the decommissioning of the 1999 Constitution and that no further elections be conducted under the illegitimate 1999 Consultation until all grievances are resolved.
