Clubhous Tech Support Q&A on Clubhouse

This is NOT an “Official Clubhouse” club. The intention of this club is for members of the community to help each other learn how to use the Clubhouse user interface.

Clubhouse has a support web site, but it doesn’t provide conversational phone support (that I know of). However, we can use Clubhouse itself to provide support for other users. Clubhouse is an interactive audio application, so it lends itself to a question and answer format.

The idea is that everyone can join this club and all Club members can open club rooms. I hope that experienced Clubhouse users will join this club as well as new users who have questions about Clubhouse. When someone has a question about using Clubhouse, they can open a club room with a title describing their question. Club members will be notified that a room has been started. Anyone who knows the answer, or has the same or a related question can join the room. The people can pool their information and (hopefully) answer the question or suggest a workaround.

Everyone is invited to join the club. After you are a member of the club and have a question, open a club room as follows: In the hallway, click the green "+ Start a room" button, select the "Clubhous Tech Support Q&A" club (the icon is the letters "Q&A"), click the "+ Add a Title" link, enter a title that is the kernel or subject of your question (you are limited to 68 characters), click the "Set Title" link, and then click the green "Let's go" button. Wait for people to enter the room and/or ping in people who you think might be able to help or who would also like to hear the answer. State the question, then invite people to raise their hands to come up as speakers if they have something (preferably an answer) to contribute. (You can click on the avatar of a person in the audience and then select “Invite to speak”.) With community spirit, people who are knowledgeable about that part of the Clubhouse user interface will enter the room and (hopefully) be able to answer the question. The room can be closed after the question has been answered (or you give up waiting for someone to answer it).

This club will (normally) be conducted in English. I encourage people who would like to ask and answer questions in other languages to create counterpart clubs for those languages.
Stay on topic: The purpose of this club is getting technical support on the Clubhouse user interface. To avoid wasting people's time, do not bring up other topics. People who bring up other topics will be expelled.
Be respectful :
Respect everybody in the room. Don’t interrupt or talk over other people while they are speaking. Don’t insult anyone. Don’t shout. Don’t curse or use foul or inappropriate language.
