A place for kindness on Clubhouse

Description

This is a place where you can relax and hopefully surround yourself with kind people.  Like is difficult enough so it doesn’t make sense to waste time arguing, fighting or just generally being surrounded by negative people.
So let’s create a space where we can learn, discuss and have general conversation but with kindness and empathy in our voice.
Rules: the rules are simple: act like a responsible adult. But we’ll list some anyway.

1)      If you act like a child, you will be treated like one, and sent off to bed. 
2)      If you have had a negative experience with someone and feel unsafe with then being in the room, please reach out to a moderator (ex stalking). 
3)      Please Keep in mind that moderators are not professional mediators. 
4)      NO BUSINESS PROMOTIONS in this group at all please. 

Room etiquette:
1)      When you are moved from the gallery to a speaking position, please wait for a break in the conversation and introduce yourself (20 seconds)
2)      When someone else is speaking, please do not interrupt. Also, make sure your mic is turned off. 
3)      when the other person has stopped speaking, please wait to see if the moderators are going to say something, please allow them to speak. if they do not, then you may speak.
4)      When discussing a topic where there is strong difference in opinions, please remember to discuss the facts and points someone has made, rather than attacking the person themselves.
5)      Please try to limit the logical fallacies that normally creep into our conversations. This website has wonderful examples https://www.logicalfallacies.org/
6)      Please treat anything said in any room as confidential
