Welcome to the Ingredient Profile Forum, an inclusive diverse meeting place where we “usually” profile 1 ingredient each week with home cook moderators, farmers, gardeners, and you. We welcome your input at our “IPF Kitchen Table” as we focus on back to basic cooking using the profiled ingredient.

The weekly forum will include fun facts, recipes shares, stories, eliminating food waste, and interviews with our farmers when they are available. We are taking the farmer off simmer on the back burner, putting them upfront. We are giving them grace, gratitude, and flowers 💐 and asking them to help educate us.
