Bio

Founder and owner of Pleasant Valley Farm, a 45-acre farmstead in west central Alabama (Zone 8A). I have been organically growing vegetables, herbs and fruit as well as raising livestock and poultry for over 40 years.

My passion is sharing my knowledge and experience to with new gardeners and farmers.

My endeavors:
Pleasant Valley Farm- I grow vegetables and fruit to feed my household and extended family and sell excesses direct to the consumer. I also raise live stock for my family as well as selling feeder pigs to other farmers.
Pleasant Valley Logistics- a white glove delivery service
Pleasant Valley Gardens-offers custom raised garden beds and garden and homestead coaching
Kenny’s Wigglers-a vermiculture business started by my sons Kenneth Jr(14), Kenyatta(14) and Kendal(11) to raise and sell worms and their worm castings
