We are community that was started in 2017 on Instagram to bring together people with chronic illnesses & disabilities in a loving, no-judgement zone. We’ve got your back! YOUR STORY MATTERS. 💛

🌸 Our motto: By showing love and kindness to one another, we can get through the tough times! 🌸

This is a safe space for anyone with chronic illness, mental illness, & disability. This includes those who are diagnosed and those who are undiagnosed.

Chronic Love Club was founded by Michelle @michauerbach and iPhone-less Derek. While going through our own long journeys toward diagnosis of our individual rare neuromuscular diseases, we met online and found refuge in the warmth of our friendship during the many ups and downs. It was through those difficult, yet supportive times that we decided to create CLC for others all around the world looking to make similar life-long connections. 🌎💞
