This is a community space for people who’ve been diagnosed with ME/CFS to meet and socialize with others who can relate to their experience. Allies, friends, and family are welcome too.

Club Rules:
1. No Pity Parties: Check your negativity at the door. We all know how difficult it is to live with this illness and it’s okay to acknowledge that! However, we are not here to dwell on the bad.
2. No Unsolicited Medical Advice: Please DO NOT promote any medications, supplements, treatments, nor medical advice of any kind in our rooms if you are not explicitly asked for recommendations. It can be triggering.
3. Be Kind: Let’s create a safe space together! Be the person that makes others feel included, respect each other, and remember to share the mic.
