Leaving room for inspiration, and sister and brotherhood in the Baking industry. this is a judgement free zone, where you ask questions with fellow bakers, get encouragement during those times of burnout, while healing, growing together and enlightening one another. A place where the scratch baker and the cake mix baker can love on each other freely, everyone’s achievements are seen as great and you can learn how to grow your business through networking and partnerships going forward. We need a family free of the competitive mindset that caters to each of our gifts and unique abilities, a group full of good vibes, where we educate one another and give healthy feedback on things we can all improve on, where we come to be lifted up and motivated to keep on Baking, share stories and experiences.
