Highlighting the problem but always bringing solutions. We go through modalities from traditional alternative medicine ie Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition and Diet, Vegan/Plant Base/Raw eating lifestyles.
We cover and breakdown the truths about sea vegetables in particular Authentic Irish Seamoss (Chondrus Crispus) the benefits the science and the differences in Seamoss.
We also cover world issues from food shortages to famines and how to tackle some of these issues from a local community level, always advocating self-sustainable living ie GROW YOUR OWN! Bringing to you gardners from all walks of life, who are ready to share their tips on getting started to grow.
We do deep dives into the Plant Medicine world the Mycelium Network, DMT and Psychedelics. We dive into the Spirit Molecule/Spirit World and how they connect us to Earth Spirits, Angels 👼🏽 and our Ancestors.
