Nonprofit community think tank that creates resources for socially conscious individuals & organizations to integrate social impact into their everyday.
Prioritize Marginalized Voices: Be self-aware if you are dominating the space or conversation, especially if you are white, cis, and/or hetero. Please make space to listen, and ask open-ended, nonjudgmental questions.
Expect Discomfort : We will be challenging each other's personal assumptions, unconscious biases, and worldviews so we can grow better, together. That being said, please treat each other with compassion.
Lead with Vulnerability : Start from a place of vulnerability and kindness. Build bridges of understanding. Assume everyone in this group is committed to doing the self-work needed to educate and improve themselves.
