Conflict Management Club is a safe and neutral space for us to talk about conflict in our lives, workplaces and civic spaces.
In this room we try to understand why conflict happens, how it affects us, and how we can resolve or manage it.
We are building relationships, learning, connecting and supporting each other.
We do that by openly talking about conflict and sharing tips and resources to help each other thrive! Conflict Management is the ultimate form of self care!
Be Kind. Be Courteous. Be Respectful. 🤝 ✌️ : We are doing life together- let’s give each other LOTS of Grace. Sarcasm, ridicule, bullying or hate speech not allowed. Healthy debates are expected and encouraged- kindness is their main ingredient
