We are Fabulously Fit Over Forty, a fitness, nutrition and faith-based club created for women ages 40 and older. We want to age gracefully by either starting a health and fitness lifestyle or sustaining an existing one. 🔶 This club is for women who desire to live a fabulous life, love fun, inspiration, and authenticity. 🔶We encourage each other and walk by faith and not by sight, relying on God for strength while on our health and fitness journey. 🔶 With God, you CAN transform your health, live long and be strong! 🔶 Your latter days shall be greater than your former days!
