There are many subject matter experts (SMEs) but not many people who can understand them. I collaborated with Forensics, Processing, Production, Hosting, Data Management, Product Development, Project Management team members whose titles were ranging from junior analysts to Chief Technology Officer. By knowing the level of details that matters to people in different position, I can paint the small “big picture” or define the grand scheme of things.

Working with law firms, corporations and government entities, I gained the perspective on e-discovery cases from the client, vendor, and outside counsel points of view. I managed e-discovery projects across different time zones, continents, and languages.
