About Me:

During my time in non-profit management as a coach, mentor and facilitator; I lead leadership development, college, and career programming for marginalized college students, transitional young adults, and adults with disabilities. Currently, I am a Scrum Master in the Tech Industry. I specialize in creating psychological safety for teams to become high-performing resulting in delivery of high-quality/value products to satisfy customer and business needs.

While wearing many hats, the core of who I am loves providing a psychologically safe space and acting as a guide for people to identify, break away, and remove self-limiting beliefs as well as behaviors to maximize their highest potential.
