Bio

I'm Ashrita Lokhande, founder and owner of ZenYogaShala.
I've been practicing yoga for 8 years now, been teaching since 2017.

I have certified in 500 hour yoga teacher training.
200 hours in Kerala, at PADMAKARMA school of yoga & 300 hours at Upaya yoga school in Goa.
I teach Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin yoga.
In addition I also teach(pre covid)- acro yoga(partner yoga), Aerial Yoga & aqua yoga.
I'm also a certified sound healing therapist & trigger point therapist.
I also teach yoga for trauma related issues.

I have collaborated with institutions like Cult Sports India, Sanctity ferm (a nature retreat centre),
Shilo Shiv Suleiman for yoga with the wastepickers of Bangalore during covid times.
The residents of Olde Bangalore.
I've collaborated with Decathlon for a number of events in the past.
In collaboration with happy chant, an app for chanting & mindfulness and meditation app from the UK.

With regard to Corporate's I've collaborated with and still in collaboration with some like - Decathlon, Hello World, Titan, Sonata, HRX, Juru yoga, Kosha Yoga, Acme experience, Deivee brand, HMI, Bharat Bhijili, Puravankara, Spice Money, Spice Digital & Akshay yoga academy.
