My passion for culture and its use as a powerful tool comes from my own personal purpose to bring, align and harmonize people together to drive greater collective impact. I have studied culture, organizational effectiveness and design, and systems change. Some of my favorite books include Revinenting Organizations, Designing Regenerative Cultures, System Thinking for Social Change, Maps of Meaning, The Art of Gathering, Firms of Endearment, Start With Why, and many more. I am passionate about facing organizational and societal challenges of today and redefining how companies utilize culture to sustain and grow over the long term.
