I simultaneously assist students with training and support their leadership skills as they prepare to become Certified Nurse Aides. Which in turn provides Healthcare Facilities (NH, SNF, ALF, HFA and private homes) with well-prepared and qualified Essential Workers. As a final result, healthcare consumers (patients and residents) reap the reward of having caring and knowledgeable providers.
