🌻Welcome! We all have one thing in common, we are all inevitably aging, so let’s talk about it! A club dedicated to all things health/wellness, self-care, active aging, & caregiving.
🌿 We are an inspiring, educational safe space to learn about self-care, elder care resources, & to build community with others on their aging journey.
🧨☕️ If you are a caregiver, an older adult, healthcare worker, and/or anyone interested in learning more about healthy & safe aging, this is for you! Let’s give our loved ones (and ourselves) the best possible outcome!
