Na notocah Brisa. I am first generation detribalized Chichimeca Xicana, an intuitive healer, trauma-informed somatic experiencing practitioner, and student of curanderismo. I am strongly connected to my ancestors and guides who teach me this medicine.
I have a formal educational background in psych focusing on community, the immigrant experience, and mental illness (voice-hearers). Most sacred to me is my lived experience. I am committed to the continual work of decolonizing my interactions, my practices and my perception of self and others.
