SEVA Consulting was created when counseling met yoga on a journey to get unstuck. “Stuck” can be defined as an inability to move forward or proceed; or to be blocked, wedged or jammed. Being “stuck” can be physical, emotional, social, spiritual, etc.

My aim is creating space for people to explore their “stuckness”. I help people learn new ways to overcome and surpass obstacles through yoga practice.

Liberation from stuckness occurs through deliberate steps to align one’s actions with their values. Once the barrier is identified, focused efforts can lead to personal freedom… getting unstuck.
