PS: I have survived many challenges but THAT is a whole ‘nother story - drugs, suicide, abusive relationships, multiple sexual assaults & rape, eating disorders, PTSD/Depression/Anxiety and a yoga cult or two... regardless of all that shit I rise above it and shine! I hope that I can assist y’all to do the same! I fully believe one can overcome ANYTHING - I am proof in the flesh that it’s possible!
