I have 5+ years of yoga teaching experience of all levels from beginner to advanced. Over the years I have started to incorporate astrology and the philosophical teachings of RA into the themes of my classes. I feel very compelled to utilize the movement of asana practices in coherence with the philosophy in efforts to link the physical body with the spiritual practices. I hold the belief that the trifecta of movement, philosophy, and music helps the brain incorporate and process new ideas and paradigms that will stick and be able to be used practically on and off your yoga mat in every day life.
