I'm Paul (Japanese). I am Toji at Hayashi Shuzo Co., Ltd.
It is a small small Kuma shochu (rice shochu) distillery that has been in the corner of the Kuma basin for about 400 years.
It is a brand of shochu called Gokuraku. The meaning is very blissful!
