⭐️My Story ⭐️
I felt awful. I hated the way I looked. I was uncomfortable in my own skin. And I was exhausted, both physically and emotionally, from trying diet after diet and failing again and again. I tried to convince myself that I was fine. I’d just be happy with my weight. But I was lying to myself. I wasn’t happy at all. Thank goodness for the friends who posted the solutions they found. Who taught me about gut health and the underlying causes of why none of my previous attempts had actually worked.
