Dorothy May Ross is a women’s empowerment coach speaker and co-author and founder of Women Rocking Life Beyond Midlife.

Over her life, Dorothy May Ross has overcome many obstacles – from a battle with breast cancer to broken family relationships and the untimely death of her younger sister.

Now, she is leveraging the wisdom acquired from her unfortunate life experiences to be a light and resource to other hurting people. With more than 34 years in Corporate America and nearly a decade heading up a powerful, women’s ministry,

Dorothy May Ross is releasing her debut book in 2020 , “My Next Step,” a 21-day (?) devotional, helping those that have faced or are facing traumatic life circumstances to uncover and deal with their hurt while rediscovering themselves in the process.

During her 34 year tenure with Sherwin Williams, Dorothy May Ross has hired, trained, and launched countless employees into their corporate destinies. Her acute management and training skills has helped the company to bridge their gender gap as well retain and promote top talent.

Now, as a Corporate Trainer, Dorothy works with medium-sized organizations and corporations to do the same. Dorothy May Ross specializes in improving the life of women beyond midlife with relations and creating solutions to effectively live the life they desire to live and discover themselves transformed in the process.

Dorothy has worked 26 years in the corporate arena, trained individuals who have moved up the corporate ladder, pastored, and mentored lives that have been broken.
