Born and raised on Lenni Lenape land also known as New Jersey, my being is a conscious and deliberate honoring of Southern roots spanning Alabama, the Carolinas, Trinidad, and Africa.
I name this, because my ancestor’s unrealized and untold stories are a cardinal part of what drives my relentless commitment to helping you realize yours.
Their tireless work in manifesting possibilities for future generations under most unsavory of circumstances has made it clear that I too have a responsibility to continue “making the road by walking”.
My name is Wo and I am a business, and creative development coach.
As a former musician and a survivor of grind culture, I’m passionate about creating and facilitating wholistic spaces and processes that clear the way for self-realization in the realms of art and business.
Understanding that diligently working to realize our visions should feel restorative and not depleting, my method prioritizes thoughtful strategies that promote generativity within our spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical bodies.
With deep gratitude to the wisdom of the Vedic tradition, my approach is rooted in the integration of yogic principles and practices in all aspects of life with a specific focus on business and creative development.
I am committed to helping visionaries come into deeper understanding of the why behind their what and ultimately the how.
In addition to being a musician and entrepreneur, I have a degree in marketing, freelance as graphic designer and website developer, work as a product concept and design consultant, yoga teacher and lead meditation sessions for those who wish to explore mind mastery.
All that to say, I have spent over 20 years studying, practicing, and cultivating the tools I share as a coach.
My sweet spot is in identifying what people are good at and finding ways to monetize that.
