MY STORY
- 1st generation immigrant from Mexico, in pursuit of the American dream arrived in the USA in 2012.
- 2015: Buy my first duplex investment as a buy and hold using BRRR, then bought a 2nd and stacked a 3rd, 4th and 5th.
- Bought 46 lots, then developed, designed and self-performed construction of an extraordinary high quality of living duplex designed without common living walls.
- Stacked again and grew to 18 properties.
- Developer of 22-Gated SFH community.
- Now seeking growth in multi-family
