I changed my lifestyle after I got tired of not being my best self. I was 70lbs overweight, prediabetic, had high blood pressure, joint pain, unhealthy skin and low energy. I was also over training so much that I felt like my body was breaking down!
I tried every single diet trend out there and nothing worked. From the lemonade cleanse, to WW, to the green smoothie cleanse, and even being vegetarian for over two years! It all failed because NONE of it was sustainable or a true lifestyle change.
After years of failed diets and loads of research and studying that I’ve done, I now live a lifestyle and I eat whole REAL foods, including lots of meat and I feel better at almost than I did in ALL my 20’s.!!! 💪🏽💪🏽
I believe being truly healthy is full circle and it’s not about being perfect. It is about making sure that everything is aligned including your stress levels, sleep cycle and your diet. It’s about taking the steps every single day to become the best version of YOU! ❤️
