I’m a Chef, Commercial Kitchen and Bar Designer, Recipe Developer, Food and Beverage Equipment and Restaurant Build-Out Expert, Wood Burning Cooking/ BBQ obsessive and Maker.
I own half of Tine Culinary Consulting and Design, where we design kitchens, craft-cocktail bars, food manufacturing facilities and many other weird F&B projects. We specialize in chef driven, highly functional and efficient operational designs based on over 2 decades of food and beverage service experience.
Based in NYC and the Hudson Valley but work through-out the US and the World.
