My journey started a decade ago at 15 years old running workouts as captain of my high school hockey team 🏒

Over the next decade I perfected my approach to fitness 🏋🏻‍♂️and nutrition 🥦 through trial and error as I moved from sports into the corporate world.

Spending hours sitting at a desk was taking its toll on my health so I focused in on creating a sustainable method that works even for the busiest workers. I came to what I believe to be the best method for lasting results.
