Serial Entrepreneuritis Started a woodworking shop at 13 years old. Sold it some years back, but got into large equipment sales through it. Been in the large manufacturing equipment business for 20+ years, still going strong with a great team and current sales locally and internationally. Too many people started borrowing our tools, so we started Mint Hill Tool Rental. We have been serving our town for 15+ years now. Real Estate 30+ years in commercial and residential real estate, including rezoning and development. 5 current commercial development projects, including warehousing facilities, self storage and parking, and commercial leasing. Started our first self storage facility in 2008 and are building and expanding our second and third facilities now. 55+ residential deals to date, including subdivisions, new construction, rehabbing, note buying, lease options and owner financing, with some rentals and flips.
