My name is Welby Broaddus. I am diagnosed with optic atrophy and nystagmus. I am the owner of Broaddus Business Solutions, which is a business consulting company, www.broaddusbizsol.com. I am also the author of the book "Leading Blind without Vision: The Benefits of Hiring the Blind and Visually Impaired, which published in December 2021. I wrote this book to be a resource guide for HR professionals, business executives and business owners to educate them on the benefits of employing job seekers who are blind and visually impaired.
