William is in his second decade in the flexible workplace industry and has served as President & CEO of Abby Executive Suites and Chief Operating Officer of Office Evolution, the largest coworking franchises in the U.S.. His hospitality experience includes senior leadership roles at Hilton’s Hampton brand and President of Choice Hotel’s Cambria brand. With over twenty-five years of experience leading service and franchise organizations in the flexible workspace and hospitality industries. William has launched and led brands, turned-around companies and built amazing teams. During his career, he has repeatedly produced double-digit growth in sales, revenue and EBITDA; reversed multi-year same-store declines; and achieved record customer satisfaction scores. William has received recognition including “Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales & Marketing” from Hotel Sales & Marketing Association International, “Chain Leadership Award for Marketing” by Lodging Hospitality and Top 40 (Businesspeople) Under 40 by Memphis Business Journal. Recognition of his teams includes awards from JD Power & Associates, HSMAI and Travel Weekly. He has held board positions in the workspace and hospitality industries and various community boards. He is married to his college girlfriend, Leah, and is a proud parent of their eighteen-year-old son William.
