WORK EXPOSURE
Since 2013 with Better World Makers Network, Singapore as the founding director, developing a global network of social innovators and entrepreneurs. It involves building local startup foundries, Startup Tribes, to mass produce social enterprises. Startup Tribes run our cloud based social innovators and entrepreneurs program in universities where students under supervision of domain experts co-create user communities, solutions and enterprise ecosystems. The program has been developed after years of research into the causes of high rate of startup failures.

Over 20 years with PwC and Shell in various local and global roles, incl. Director, CFO (incl. treasury, contracting & procurement), HR, Audits (Info systems, business process, governance, finance, risks & controls), Projects lead (SAP, Business Turnaround, Business Process Engineering, Standardization and Automation, Business Improvement and JVs Governance & Management Systems, Mergers & Acquisitions)

The M&A projects involved due diligence, valuation, business value optimization, post investment reviews for a variety of local and global businesses.
