I'm Coach Valerie and I'm a recovered "emotional eater". Certified in Holistic & Integrative Health and a 2012 alumni of the largest nutrition school in the world 🌎,, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).

January 2020, I launched a line of all natural products, ranging from "fluoride free" toothpaste to pillow spray infused with essential oils, called Moore Scents Aromatherapy. It just makes "Moore Scents" to use toxin free products on your skin!
