Singing and music is a joy I shared with my mom and sister. It is an expression of conversation that instantaneously connects one soul to another. It did that for me. It became a place of stories, building memories, and moments that last; whether remembered, or forgotten, it lives within.

Food💖Taste & Smell😊
Food holds scents of the day and yesterday. It captivates the senses of the nose and palate. Who doesn't love a beautiful dessert shared intimately with a few friends and family? Who has had that beautiful moment being taught to make your first dish? I made rice with my mom.

My mom ingrained in my siblings and I this thought," when you cook, cook with love & happiness, and never anger, for it will go from our hand and sour the stomach."

Memories of a meal made with a happy heart is a meal that satisfies throughout time.
