I am working as a Senior IT Leader at Principal Financial Group, a Fortune 500 company. I started my career as a Software Engineer and moved up the leadership ladder over past 20 years.

I am currently leading Automation CoE in providing automation solutions through hyperautomation technologies as part of Digital Transformation.

I have also experienced Entrepreneurship adventure for 3.5 years as a co-founder of a start up. This gave me tremendous learning in area of understanding the market, building a strong team, go to market strategy and managing finances.
