Life support at work and at home – an easier way for us to navigate our challenges and be happier in our life, here and now. Greater ease, less stress, #bemorevibrant.

The best way I have found to describe what I do is as ‘extending people’s processing power’ for more easily overcoming frustration, confusion, indecision, inaction, overwhelm or just generally feeling crap about life at the moment. I bring my additional hard drive of experience and expertise, but most importantly of all, I show people how to expand their own processing capacity. My role is to help them tap into more resilience, clarity, creativity, motivation and peace of mind than they ever knew existed within them.

My background is:

🔅 over 25 years' experience of consulting to leaders of multi-national companies

🔅 as an accredited transformative coach who has been on her own journey

I am used to working in fast-paced, high-stress situations, but I’m convinced it’s not necessary and am committed to creating more life-affirming ways of working. I am in the process of publishing my first book: “A New Era of Enterprise” and I’m also a Mum, a wife and a human being just like everyone else. I bring all of this together in a very practical, pragmatic, deeply conscious and hugely supportive way to help people create, achieve and sustain their goals – as an individual, for their teams or for their whole organisation.
