Born in the people’s republic of Brooklyn to a Jamaican father and a Puerto Rican mother. Did two years at Music & Art High School in Harlem and two years at Fiorello H LaGuardia School Music & The Arts when the school moved behind Lincoln Center studying Fine & Commercial Art. Did one year studying Film and Video at SVA.

Began working in the film industry working as an intern on Spike’s ‘Do The Right Thing’ and have continued to work in the film industry since then. i’ve worked with the best like David Lynch, Julien Temple, and Spike Lee and worked with the worst and learned more from the worst...

Right now i’m working on four films.

AFTERMATH an arofuturist, post-apocalyptic, sci-fi feature about time travel from a POC perspective and inspired by the pandemic.

SPIRITS OF CONEY ISLAND a poetic, philosophical, horror feature i which three ancient Spirits who are wrestling with their continued relevance in the modern world guide group of lost Coney Island souls who are struggling to contend with their part in the tragic history of Coney Island.

ALL ROADS LEAD TO THE FIRE ESCAPE a feature documentary shot on a fire escape with the last surviving memeber of the Latin Insomniacs Motorcycle Club Without Motorcycles, Jesus Papoleto Melendez also know as the poet laureate of El Barrio and an original Nuyorican Poet.

HARLEM’S LAST POET a feature documentary on Abiodun Oyewole, a founding member of The Last Poets who was doing four years in prison for robbing the KKK when the first Last Poets album was released in 1971.

i’m also a contributing writer to OCTAVIAS’s BROOD Science Fiction Stories From Social Justice Movements and a graphic designer.
