💪 I specialize in Strengths coaching which is a type of coaching that helps people maximize their talents, own their worth, and set and achieve authentic goals. As a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach I use the CliftonStrengths assessment which measures your natural talents — the way you are "wired" to think, feel, and behave — at the beginning of each coaching journey but each process is ultimately as unique as the individual client or group.

I help professionals grow and thrive by showing you that:

My process is as much about self-development as it is about self-care, which are the opposite of selfish. Your success and wellbeing are generous because the more you thrive the more you inspire and serve. The motto for my company, BloomRise, is: “when you bloom, we all rise.” 🌻

🦹‍♀️ My superpower is seeing possibilities and practical pathways where others see obstacles or feel stuck. My advantage as a coach is my natural ability to find the unique qualities in people to empower teams and inspire individuals to achieve goals that are authentically their own.

My coaching perspective is informed by my own lived experience. I've had a varied career in:
✨corporate law practice at two AmLaw 100 firms in Miami,
✨a secondment to the in house legal department of a multi-national bank in London,
✨coaching and program management at a nonprofit diversity organization in NYC,
✨ building programs as a higher education director at a law school focused on professional coaching and leadership development, and
✨now, as an entrepreneur and executive coach.
